Overview

VAI Real Estate presented a unique marketing challenge. The developments were still under construction, leaving the brand with limited visual assets and a small collection of architectural renders. As the lead designer on the project, I restructured the entire content approach, replacing repetitive static posts with a dynamic visual system built around AI-generated content, creative storytelling, and monthly campaign planning. Over the course of more than eight months, I developed a continuous stream of visuals, reels, and marketing assets across three separate developments. By combining existing architectural references with AI-assisted production workflows, the project maintained a fresh and engaging presence while delivering consistent content without relying on new photography or rendering production.

The challenge

The project faced a significant content limitation from the start. Since the developments were still under construction, there were very few approved renders available for marketing use. This created a risk of repetitive communication, visual fatigue, and reduced audience engagement over time. The challenge was to build a sustainable content strategy capable of supporting multiple developments simultaneously while continuously producing fresh, high-quality visuals and video content without access to completed properties, photography, or frequent rendering updates.

The solution

A new content system was developed using AI-assisted visual production, creative storytelling, and structured monthly content planning. By generating custom imagery, animated content, and campaign-driven creative assets inspired by the architectural identity of each development, the brand was able to maintain a consistent flow of engaging content across all platforms. The result was a scalable content ecosystem that supported three real estate projects simultaneously while significantly expanding the available marketing assets beyond the original render library.
